Application:
This is a continuous pressing equipment based on belt conveyor, mainly used for automatic conveying, pressing, flattening or laminating processes of various plates and workpieces. Workpieces are fed into the pressing station via the green conveyor belt, where stable and uniform pressure is applied by upper and lower rollers or platens to complete processes such as flattening, bonding, lamination or film covering. It is suitable for PCB board pressing in the electronics industry, soft-pack battery cell shaping, foam/adhesive bonding, plate flattening and other processes requiring continuous pressure. The machine allows adjustment of pressing pressure, conveying speed and pressing gap according to process requirements, ensuring even force distribution on workpieces and avoiding bubbles, wrinkles or poor bonding. It significantly improves pressing efficiency and product consistency, reduces errors caused by manual operation, and is widely used in automated production lines in industries such as electronics, new energy, packaging and printing.
