Material & Process:
- Made of high-strength alloy steel or high-quality carbon steel as the outer matrix, offering excellent mechanical strength and impact resistance to withstand heavy loads and shock loads.
- The inner bore is embedded with solid lubricants (such as graphite, PTFE or copper alloy) through precision drilling or press-fitting processes to ensure even distribution of the lubricant.
- The matrix is subjected to turning, boring, heat treatment (quenching and tempering) and surface treatment (black oxide or nickel plating) to enhance hardness, wear resistance and anti-corrosion properties.
- The inner bore is precision ground or honed to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface smoothness, reducing the coefficient of friction during operation.
